Animals
You don’t have to travel far off the beaten track to run into our wildlife. New Zealand’s colonisers introduced a
variety of animals to provide sporting opportunities into the future. Our mountains and valleys are home to a
number of deer species, Himalayan Tahr, and Chamois to name a few.
Our wild places are much the richer for their presence, as am I.
